BlackHouse, Sep. 14 – Israel has got a long history of human trafficking with billions of dollars of turnover annually.
Israel is famous for the intense rate of prostitution across the world. Haaretz, the Israeli News Agency, writes in a report that “Prostitution in Israel Netted $308 Million in 2014.” Prostitution, however, is one of the offshoots of human trafficking in occupied lands of Palestine.
“There has long been an active ring of people using Israel as a stopping point in the trafficking of women from foreign countries to other foreign countries,” writes Jerusalem Post in an article about the history of human trafficking in Israel. The centrality of Israel in human trafficking throughout the previous decades has neither finished nor diminished, but only the source or destination countries were changed.
According to the Israeli Task Force Against Human Trafficking, Israel is a tasty country for the former Soviet Union countries. Originally used as a labor, these women were then exposed to sexual exploitation. The source countries changed after late 20th century when the human trafficking was acknowledged by the U.S. State Department.
The wave of these emigrations having started in 2009 from Eritrea, Sudan, and Ethiopia soon changed in 2011, with invitations for refugees from Sri Lanka, China, India and Filipina. The immigrants were so harshly used by the locals that the NGOs and international communities forced the Zionist regime to change the condition for them. There were at least 55,000 foreign caretakers in Israel before that.
Israeli girls have also been trafficked to other countries in the wake of twentieth century for the sake of economic exploitation. As Jerusalem Post writes on the issue:
There are other cases, of a girl whose father takes her places and forces her to give sexual favors for pay.
Israel is in fact the main stopping point for the human trafficking victims. The destination for its citizens and others are countries like England, Croatia, Singapore and Thailand. As Haaretz wrote, “last year saw a rise in the number of women who came to Israel on tourist visas from Eastern Europe and were put to work in the sex industry”.
Argentina is one of the new targets for the Israeli officials in their trafficking plans. Patagonia, having a fertile land and nice climate, is pregnant with the conditions to be another Palestine for Israel. The plan over Argentina, however, must be assessed in the overall plan of a silent occupation of the region. With the new president of Argentina, Mr. Macri, taking the office, Israel found the chance to boost its plan of movement of Jews to Patagonia which is resided by more than 200,000 Jewish people currently. Netanyahu’s travel to Argentina is also aimed at boosting the ties with Argentina facilitating the movement of more Jews to the new Palestine; Patagonia.
