More serious people needed to handle N Korea: Bernie Sanders slams Trump’s belligerent rhetoric

BlackHouse, Aug. 11 – The recent remarks by Donald Trump has been reproached by renowned Democrat Senator calling for reason and negotiations to resolve the issue.

The Bernie Sanders lambasted Trump for his bellicose rhetoric against North Korea which has given rise to more tensions between the two countries. Writing in a series of posts on Twitter, Sanders also warned that these provocative remarks could lead to a war killing thousands of people.

the Democrat Senator called the diplomatic strategy as the only wise and functioning procedure to reach at a resolution over North Korea dispute. “Trump’s bombastic rhetoric is not appropriate when we are dealing with the possibility of a nuclear war that could kill millions of people.” He wrote in a tweet.

The Vermont Democrat also said that “serious people” are needed in the administration to deal with the advancements in nuclear and missile armament in the North. His tweet was taken as finding Trump not serious, or skilled, enough to get the threatening condition under control.

Bernie Sanders’ tweets are posted a few days after the tensions Between Washington and Pyongyang skyrocketed following Trump’s latest remarks. Earlier, Trump threatened North Korea with an all-out attack if it continues the war of words with the US:

North Korea best not make any more threats to the US. They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.

The response by the North was more pugnacious than Trump threatening to attack Guam, a colony of the US. Pyongyang also threatened South Korea, long-time ally of the US, in case any assault is made.
